Annual Banquet Table Host Survey

We at Care Net hoped the coronavirus would have run its course by now so we could safely plan our traditional springtime banquet. But we’re not quite there yet.

As good stewards, we can’t plan a springtime event the virus might stop again, so we have decided to delay the annual banquet until September 23. We also will limit attendance to half the venue’s capacity.

Because you have been a table host, your opinion will help us know how to plan for a fall banquet. Please take a few brief minutes to respond to the three questions below. Thank you.

1. Do you think by September you'll be comfortable attending an in-person, indoor event with proper safety protocols at 50% of capacity? *
2. If you would not be comfortable attending in person, would you be willing to host/sponsor a virtual table of 8 to attend a virtual event? *
3. Would you be willing to use your own social media, email address book and snail mail to promote a Help a Heart from Home campaign in the spring? *
